Video Connectors TE offers a variety of industry-standard video connectors based on video interfaces found on the Intel® Atom™ Processor E6xx Series. The connectors come with a large array of mounting options, orientations and flange support. Video interfaces supported include HDMI, display port, DVI, and VGA. Modular Jacks and Magnetic Jacks TE offers a broad range of RJ45 modular jacks with integrated magnetics (Mag45 product) for 10/100 Base-T, Gigabit, Gigabit PoE/PoE+, and 10G Base-T applications. This technology reduces PCB space, assembly cost, and BOM count while improving electrical performance. USB Connectors The Intel® Platform Controller Hub EG20T and other third-party I/O hubs offer support for USB 2.0 connectivity. In support of this, TE offers a wide range of products to meet interconnect needs. TE offers products that accommodate the two differentially driven data wires that provide bi-directional, simultaneous signals for SuperSpeed USB (5 Gbps), USB 2.0 (480 Mbps), and USB 1 (1.5 and 12 Mbps). Audio and Mini-DIN Connectors The Intel® High Definition Audio Specification defines a digital interface that can be used to attach different types of CODECs (such as audio and modem CODECs). The Intel® HD Audio controller on the Intel® Atom™ Processor E6xx supports up to four audio streams, two in and two out. The controller communicates with the third-party external CODEC(s) over the Intel® HD Audio serial link. On the input side, the Intel® Atom™ Processor E6xx Series adds support for an array of microphones. Whether for input or output, TE offers a wide array of standard audio connectors enabling connection to the Intel® Atom™ Processor E6xx Series. Displays The display interface of the Intel® Atom™ Processor E6xx Series supports dual independent display pipes permitting simultaneous independent operation of two displays. The first display pipe – Pipe A – outputs directly to an LVDS interface. This an industry standard graphics interface found on many display types. The second display pipe – Pipe B – outputs directly to a SDVO interface. This is a proprietary Intel® technology introduced with earlier versions of motherboard chipsets.
